Please contact me with transcript details, such as page count and turnaround time. I’ll confirm availability, turnaround time, and rates. For larger documents, it’s helpful to send them in 50-page batches, allowing us to work more efficiently.
2. Send the Transcript
Please email the transcript as a PDF. I’ll then confirm receipt and start work when the file is received (next business day if after 8:00 p.m. MST).
3. Proofreading & Mark Up
I proofread for accuracy, consistency, and clarity and mark corrections directly on the PDF. I’ll reach out if any questions arise.
4. Delivery & Invoice
I’ll return the annotated pages by your deadline. An invoice is sent after delivery or on the 1st and 15th for ongoing clients.

- Spelling mistakes
- Homophones
- Spacing and alignment inconsistencies
- Incorrect punctuation
- Transposed items
- Omitted words or phrases
- Inconsistent formatting
- Incorrect speaker labels
- Capitalization
- Numbers and dates
- Cross-check of exhibit numbers
- Document Accuracy: Inclusion of Certificate of Oath & Reporter’s Certificate/Consistency of Title Page and Notice when applicable
